Differential Lock Valve: MT..DVV Quadruple
Description
Series MT..DV hydraulic differential lock valves are used in open- and closed-loop circuits to drive parallel-connected hydraulic motors in hydrostatically driven vehicles. When the lock valve is switched off, the inlet flow can divide itself among the hydraulic motors in any required ratio, and with minimal pressure losses.
When the lock valve is switched on, the hydraulic motors are compelled to operate at the preset speed ratio. This arrangement prevents any hydraulic wheel motor from spinning in conditions of poor traction. A balancing orifice between the outlets prevents unwanted torque build-up between wheels in these circumstances.
Direct Type Relief Valves
This valve is used in a hydraulic circuit to prevent damage due to over pressure and to adjust the maximum circuit pressure of small capacity.
Directional and Flow Control Valves (EDFHG-03-100/04-140/06-280-31)
These valves are double-deck directional and flow control valves employing as their pilot the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valves with two proportional solenoids. The flow rate can be controlled by changing an input current to the solenoids and the direction of the flow can be controlled by providing the current to either solenoid of the two. By combining the valves with the power amplifiers specially designed for the valves, the speed control, acceleration, deceleration and directional control can be done with a single valve, which eventually makes the hydraulic circuits simple and contributes the cost of the hydraulic systems.
Directional Control / Directional & Flow Control Logic Valves (LD)
These valves are 2-way directional valves designed to open and close the circuits in accordance with pressure signals from the pilot lines. They are used as multifunctional valves for controlling flow directions or flow directions and rates. Standard covers provided with a choice of several control valves are available so that optimum valves can be selected for control purposes.
Directional Seat Valve Blocks, WSH03
Description
These directional seat valve blocks are supplied as aluminium monoblocks with a maximum of 5 actuator ports. These valve blocks are used in all situations where the actuator – either single- or double acting – must provide the highest levels of leak-tightness.
