Check Valves DERV

Description

Series DERV pilot-operated check valves lock a cylinder in any rest position.
They are intended for direct mounting in the cylinder.

Excavator Pipe Rupture Valve CFS

Description

The excavator pipe rupture valve is used wherever so required by the standards ISO 8643, EN 474 and DIN 24093 for excavators with a lifting device (e.g. a load hook on the bucket). The actuators concerned are the lift cylinder, the stick cylinder and the adjusting cylinder. The valve should also be used on machines in which a pipe rupture on the actuators could produce dangerous situations (e.g. machines for materials handling and demolition).

The excavator pipe rupture valve, series CFS (Compact Flow Control and Safety Valve), prevents uncontrolled lowering of the actuator in the event of a pipe or hose rupture. In addition, the CFS valve holds the actuator in its position when the main valve is centred. The valve also includes a secondary pressure-relief function, which protects the actuator against overload. The inlet and actuator ports on the CFS are standard SAE flanged ports, and the valve can therefore be retrofitted to existing equipment without any difficulty.

Excavator Pipe Rupture Valve ESV

Description

Excavator pipe rupture valves prevent uncontrolled cylinder movement in the event that a pipe or hose bursts. The ESV valve fulfills all of the requirements of the ISO 8643  and EN 474-5 standards for excavators.

Load Control Valves BBV

Description

Load-control valves in this series prevent hydraulic actuators from running ahead of the available oil supply. In one valve, they combine the functions of load-holding, safety and pipe rupture protection.

Load Control Valves CINDY

Description

Whenever loads are to be precisely moved, placed and held, leak-free load-control valves from the CINDY series are the right solution. Load-control valves in this series prevent hydraulic actuators from running ahead of the available oil supply. In one valve, they combine the functions of load-holding, safety and pipe rupture protection. Leak-free load-control valves in this series are ideally suited for use in high-pressure applications up to 420 bar (6000 psi). With a variety of optional components, the series can be extended and adapted to the requirements of the system.

Load Control Valves CINDY-REG

Description

With the CINDY-REG load-control valve, we offer the perfect solution for saving energy right at the cylinder. The safety valve with the smart regeneration concept makes it possible to reuse a part of the oil flow, which is fed directly into the opposite end of the cylinder. During lowering operations on mobile machines the pump output flow can be significantly reduced, which is important for saving energy.

Pipe Rupture Valve RS

Description

Pipe rupture valves are used wherever a load must not be allowed to drop rapidly and without control if a pipe or hose bursts (ex. uncontrolled movement of the cylinder). In its normal position the pipe rupture valve is open and allows the flow in both directions. When the actuating flow rate is exceeded – by a hose burst, for example – the pipe rupture valve closes suddenly and blocks flow without leakage.

Note

Due to their very high closing speed, these products are not suitable for applications that iclude the transportation of people. The activation of the pipe rupture valve produces very large declerations that can have adverse health effects.

Shuttle Valves, Size 04…10

Description

Ball-type, screw-in design
Series WRVCG

The valve shuts off whichever one of the two inlet ports A and B is at the lower pressure. Port C is therefore connected with whichever one is at the higher pressure.

Shuttle Valves, Size 2

Description

Ball-type, screw-in design
Series RWZ…

The valve shuts off whichever one of the two inlet ports A1 and A2 is at the lower pressure. Port A is therefore connected with whichever one is at the higher pressure.

Stack-mounting Pilot-operated Check Valves SRE

Description

ISO sizes 2 … 7, series SRE… / SREA… / SREZ…

Pilot-operated check valves prevent any flow in one direction. In the opposite direction, free flow with minimal pressure drop is possible. By applying a defined pilot pressure at X, the checked flow direction is held open as long as the pilot pressure is maintained.

Stack-mounting valves with ISO / DIN / NFPA / ANSI interface.
