*NEW* HPB Motors

The HPB motor is the latest innovation in the Staffa range. With increased speed and power ratings compared to our standard HMB motor, it can increase productivity whilst providing the reliability you would expect from a Staffa motor. The new Staffa HPB motor is the perfect fixed displacement motor for industrial applications.

External Gear Motors, Series APM

Description

The essential components of series APM212 external gear motors are an aluminium alloy body and two gearwheels supported by plain bearings.

The front flange can be the SAE standard, or the British or German OEM patterns.

Particular attention has been focussed on the design of the shaft seal, which is often affected by back-pressures

External Gear Pumps, Series AP

Description

The product range of Bucher Hydraulics includes single pumps 05-100-212-212HP-250HP-312HP (corresponding with the common group denominations: 05-1-2-2.5-3) and several combinations of double pumps, triple pumps, and so on, that can be assembled together according to versions of displacement, flanging, and auxiliary valves.

HMB Motors

The fixed displacement HMB series radial piston motors have a well proven design that incorporates high efficiency with good breakout torque and smooth running capability.

HMC Motors

The HMC series variable displacement models have two pre-set displacements which can be chosen
from a wide range to suit specific application requirements. These motors are also available in a
continuously variable version using either hydro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic control methods.

HMF Motors

The HMF three-speed models have three pre-set displacements which can be chosen from a wide range to suit specific application requirements. Motor displacement can be changed with ease while the motor is running.

HPC Motors

The enhanced variable displacement HPC models include special low friction components, combined with crankcase flushing flow, to achieve increased shaft power. It is used around the world in marine and offshore winch applications and is known for its efficiency and reliability.

Internal Gear Motor QXM-Mobil

Description

The QXM-Mobil internal gear motor was specifically developed for use in mobile applications. Its outstanding efficiency and extremely low noise levels also make a significant contribution to reducing the costs of both energy and anti-noise measures. The QXM design principle, featuring an integral outboard bearing, ensures top-class protection against leakage at the shaft seal.

Internal-Gear Motor, Series QXM-HS

Description

The QXM-HS (High Speed) internal-gear motor was developed specifically for use at extremely high speeds. Its first-rate efficiency and extremely low noise levels also make a significant contribution to reducing the costs of both energy and anti-noise measures.

Thanks to the special motor flange, adapted for such applications, and the integral ports for auxiliary functions, the motor can be used in many applications without needing any further modification.

M3X/M3B

The M3X and M3B series are swash plate type axial piston motors in fixed (M3X) and variable (M3B) displacement versions. They are used extensively in mobile crusher drives, cranes and drill rigs.

M5X

The M5X series is an extremely compact fixed displacement swash plate type axial piston motor with built-in parking brake designed for the swing function of excavators, cranes and other construction machinery.

M7V

The M7V series is a high speed variable displacement swash plate type axial piston motor. It is suitable for use in hydrostatic transmissions, drill rigs and crane winch systems.

QX Internal Gear Pumps

Description

Pump ‘all-rounders’ up to 400 bar

The QX series is the 5th generation of Bucher’s internal gear pumps and has proven itself for decades in the mobile and industrial hydraulics markets. Many aspects of the design have been enhanced, and it is characterized by a simple layout with relatively few components. It is exceptionally compact and robust. As a direct result of the special gear profile that Bucher uses, QX pumps achieve extremely low levels of pulsation and noise emission, even at high pressures and speeds. Thanks to the wide range of variants, QX pumps can be used for virtually all applications.

QXEM Internal Gear Units

Description

Highly dynamic variable-speed multi-quadrant applications

The QXEM series is intended for operation as both a pump and a motor. A symmetrical design makes these units specially suitable for highly dynamic variable-speed multi-quadrant operation. In the industrial hydraulics field, they are therefore particularly appropriate for applications with highly cyclical loading. Thanks to the pinion-shaft technology, pressures up to 250 bar are built up in a single-stage. The direction of rotation can also be reversed in milliseconds, while maximum operational reliability is ensured at all times thanks to optimized hydrodynamic lubrication.

QXM Internal Gear Units

Description

Pump/motor operation in multi-quadrant applications

The QXM series is an extension of the QX pump series and is suitable for operation as both a pump and a motor. Thanks to the completely symmetrical design, these units can be used in multi-quadrant operation and are suitable for a wide range of applications in both industrial and mobile hydraulics. In 4-quadrant operation, the movement of cylinders can be controlled on the one hand, and exploited to recover/save energy on the other. For example, if the unit works as a pump during a lifting process, it can then work as a motor during the lowering process to feed energy back into the system.
