Check Valves, Size 04 … 25 RVE
Description
Plate-type, screw-in design, series RVE
Check valves prevent any flow in one direction. In the opposite direction, free flow with minimal pressure drop is possible.
Check Valves, Size 04 … 40 RKVE…
Description
Compared with the previous series, the new generation of hydraulic check valves offers up to 50 percent higher flow rate for the same pressure differential. The larger flow rate saves energy and in many cases allows a smaller valve to be used, which in turn has a positive effect on costs and installation space.
The use of high-quality materials, high-precision production and 100 % quality inspection ensure better use, more performance and higher availability of the machine.
For size 04 up to 16 a metal cutting lip on the valve provides a metal-to -metal seal.
For size 25 up to 40 an external O-ring seals the leakage path between the valve and cavity wall.
The variants differ by:
VD = standard flow-optimized variant
VD22 = optimized for reduced pressures up to p = 220 bar
KB = compact design

Description
Ball-type, screw-in design, series RVVE

CIT Series In-Line Check Valves
These valves allow free flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction. Cracking pressure specified is the pressure required to open the valve and allow free flow.
CPT/CPDT – CPG/CPDG Pilot Controlled Check
These check valves allow flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction, until operated by pilot pressure to allow free reverse flow. The specified cracking pressure is required to open the valve to allow free flow direction.
CRT – CRG Series Right Angle Check
These valves allow free flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction. Cracking pressure specified is the pressure required to open the valve and allow free flow.
DCT – DCG Series Cam Operated
These valves may be used to shift the direction of oil flow by depressing the spool by way of a cam.
Deceleration & Check Valves (Z(C)T-03(06)(10))
These valves are available either with or without an integral check valve which allows free reverse flow. Flow rate through the valve is regulated by the movement of the spool, which is operated by a cam. When the spool is depressed, the flow is decreased in Normally Open type valves and increased in Normally Closed type valves. Their principal use is to control the speed of actuators in machine tools and similar applications.
DHG Hydraulic Pilot
These valves perform a change over of spool by hydraulic pilot and shift the direction of oil flow.
Differential Lock Valve MT..DV Double
Description
Series MT..DV hydraulic differential lock valves are used in open- and closed-loop circuits to drive parallel-connected hydraulic motors in hydrostatically driven vehicles. When the lock valve is switched off, the inlet flow can divide itself among the hydraulic motors in any required ratio, and with minimal pressure losses.
When the lock valve is switched on, the hydraulic motors are compelled to operate at the preset speed ratio. This arrangement prevents any hydraulic wheel motor from spinning in conditions of poor traction. A balancing orifice between the outlets prevents unwanted torque build-up between wheels in these circumstances.
