Proportional Directional Valves, Series LVS08 / LVS12
Description
The design uses the concept of pressure compensators integrated in the control spool to achieve very low pressure loss. This feature, together with the downstream system for flexible parallel actuation and the high degree of modularity, makes this proportional directional valve suitable for very adaptable application in mobile machines. The additional functions that can be incorporated, the high power density combined with high actuator flow rates of up to 180 L/min and the possibility of combining two different valve sizes in one control block round off the LVS08 / LVS12 proportional directional valves. They make up a flexible and compact modular valve system.
The valve blocks can be configured for fixed-displacement or load-sensing pump systems.
Proportional Directional Valves, Series LVS18
Description
This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders. The LVS18 is operating according to the flow sharing principle. Also available with rapid-traverse and floading function.
Proportional Directional Valves, Series SC12 / SC18 / SC22
Description
This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders.
Proportional Directional Valves, Series SV12 / SV18 and SV25
Description
This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders.
Proportional Directional Valves, Series SVC25
Description
This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders.
Proportional Flow-control Cartridge, Series MVRPLSA
Description
The two-stage proportional flow-control cartridge in this series guarantees outstanding load-holding function thanks to leak-free design and load-independent lowering.
The new principle makes it possible to combine several functions in one valve. On the one hand, the leak-free nature is preserved thanks to the ingenious seat design, which shuts off the main and control functions simultaneously and with zero leakage, allowing loads to be held in position for long periods. On the other hand, the integral pressure-compensator function enables responsive, controlled and load-independent lowering.
These unrivalled features are all-important for the economic and convenient handling of loads of all kinds.
Proportional Pressure Control Valves (SB1110 SB1190)
These are closed-loop type pressure control valves controlling the system pressure from low to high in proportion to the input voltage. The stable pressure control is possible even in a small flow rate.
Relief Logic Valves (LB)
These relief logic valves are used to protect pumps and control valves from excessive pressure and control the pressures of their hydraulic lines at constant levels. With the help of vent lines, they are also capable of remote and unload control.
Remote Control Relief Valves (DT-01 DG-01)
This valve is used as a remote control valve for pilot operated type pressure control valves.
Restrictors (SRT SRG SRCT SRCG)
This valve is used to regulate an actuator speed in a circuit where line pressure is almost steady and small fluctuation of oil flow due to pressure changes is permitted. Integrated check valve allows reversed free flow from outlet to inlet port. Pressure balanced construction provides less effort in adjustment at high pressure.
