Proportional Directional Valves, Series SVC25

Description

This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders.

Proportional Flow-control Cartridge, Series MVRPLSA

Description

The two-stage proportional flow-control cartridge in this series guarantees outstanding load-holding function thanks to leak-free design and load-independent lowering.

The new principle makes it possible to combine several functions in one valve. On the one hand, the leak-free nature is preserved thanks to the ingenious seat design, which shuts off the main and control functions simultaneously and with zero leakage, allowing loads to be held in position for long periods. On the other hand, the integral pressure-compensator function enables responsive, controlled and load-independent lowering.

These unrivalled features are all-important for the economic and convenient handling of loads of all kinds.

Proportional Pressure Control Valves (SB1110 SB1190)

These are closed-loop type pressure control valves controlling the system pressure from low to high in proportion to the input voltage. The stable pressure control is possible even in a small flow rate.

PV/ERU Hydraulic and Electronic Controls

Kawasaki’s range of pilot controllers offer unparalleled controllability and superior operator feel. Available for hydraulics pilot control in the PV range, or electronics control in the ERU range they are suitable for a wide variety of industrial vehicles.

PV2R Series Fixed Displacement Double Vane Pumps

These double pumps consist of two PV2R seires single pumps combined in tandem within a single housing and driven by a common shaft. A Single suction port and two discharge ports are provided so that the output flow can be supplied to separate circuits.

PV2R Series Fixed Displacement Single Vane Pumps

These pumps are high pressure and high performance, which have been developed especially for low noise operation.

To comply with a variety of applications including injection moulding machines, PV2R series single pumps provide the output flow of such a wide range as from 5.8 to 237 cm3/rev (.354 to 14.46 cu.in./rev).

The intergral driving parts of the pumps are combined into a kit form and available for supply as a cartridge kit. Therefore, the replacement of the driving parts can be done easily.

QX Internal Gear Pumps

Description

Pump ‘all-rounders’ up to 400 bar

The QX series is the 5th generation of Bucher’s internal gear pumps and has proven itself for decades in the mobile and industrial hydraulics markets. Many aspects of the design have been enhanced, and it is characterized by a simple layout with relatively few components. It is exceptionally compact and robust. As a direct result of the special gear profile that Bucher uses, QX pumps achieve extremely low levels of pulsation and noise emission, even at high pressures and speeds. Thanks to the wide range of variants, QX pumps can be used for virtually all applications.

QXEH Internal Gear Pumps

Description

Highly dynamic variable-speed pump operation

The QXEH series has been specially developed for pumping duties in highly dynamic servo drives with a reversing function. Using the pinion-shaft technology, high pressures up to 280 bar are developed in a single stage. QXEH pumps are therefore particularly well suited for a wide range of applications in industrial hydraulics where there are high demands on power density, energy efficiency and machine productivity. At the same time, they ensure maximum operational reliability coupled with minimal flow- and pressure-pulsations even during operation with highly dynamic load cycles.

Advantages

  • Open circuits up to 280 bar max. working pressure
  • Specially for highly dynamic drives with a reversing function
  • Extremely low noise levels < 75 dB(A)
  • Can be combined to make a double pump
  • Can be used with almost all hydraulic fluids
  • Can be used with fixed- and variable-speed drives

QXEH pumps are therefore particularly well suited for a wide range of applications in industrial hydraulics where there are high demands on power density, energy efficiency and machine productivity. QXEM Internal Gear Units

Description

Highly dynamic variable-speed multi-quadrant applications

The QXEM series is intended for operation as both a pump and a motor. A symmetrical design makes these units specially suitable for highly dynamic variable-speed multi-quadrant operation. In the industrial hydraulics field, they are therefore particularly appropriate for applications with highly cyclical loading. Thanks to the pinion-shaft technology, pressures up to 250 bar are built up in a single-stage. The direction of rotation can also be reversed in milliseconds, while maximum operational reliability is ensured at all times thanks to optimized hydrodynamic lubrication.

QXM Internal Gear Units

Description

Pump/motor operation in multi-quadrant applications

The QXM series is an extension of the QX pump series and is suitable for operation as both a pump and a motor. Thanks to the completely symmetrical design, these units can be used in multi-quadrant operation and are suitable for a wide range of applications in both industrial and mobile hydraulics. In 4-quadrant operation, the movement of cylinders can be controlled on the one hand, and exploited to recover/save energy on the other. For example, if the unit works as a pump during a lifting process, it can then work as a motor during the lowering process to feed energy back into the system.
